Gina in the office and Steve the technician are five star. I’m very impressed with this company. They came out the same day. I called and handled my issue quickly !
Very thorough inspection and servicing. Jim showed me everything he was doing while he was doing it. He explained how to keep everything running efficiently and provided me with numbers to call if I ever needed help with my system. Jim did an excellent job and was very personable and professional.
Mike did a great job in a very hot attic! He found the problem and was able to get and install the part the next morning. He also gave me a complete report of everything he did to service our heat pump. I highly recommend comfort plus and Mike for any HAVC servicing.
Mike was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and answered our questions. He also replaced our filters which we provided. Thank you, Mike, for a wonderful experience! Enjoy the rest of the summer with your family! God Bless!
