Steven and Pat installed our new air pump and furnace back up. Do not use this company. They left a live wire in my basement completely uncapped after the installation of the heat pump. This could have killed someone or burned down my house as we had no idea it was there. When I called Aire one have this dealt with they refuse to give me a service appointment on the same day I called and also tried to cancel the service appointment booked for two days later because of staffing issues. I had a broken drain valve in my water heater. Determined that removing the broken nipple was not possible without special tools and skill I did not have. A plumber was a minimum of 5 days and since all of the water was turned off in the house I could not wait 5 days. Contacted Comfort Plus Heating and Cooling who inside of 30 minutes had confirmed and scheduled a water heater replacement the next day. Great experience with the company. I had them over to replace an old A/C unit. Braden came out and gave a quick quote for a reasonable price. Quote was slightly lower than competitors but made even lower with a spring promotion. Braden was here on time and finished job earlier than expected. Completely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for price, service and quality.
I was given a quote that was very competitive and an installation date that worked for my convenience. The technicians were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
