They are terrible at scheduling appointments, absolutely no customer service etiquette. They reply to customer appointment requests with answers like “Nope” without offering other times/dates of availability. I had to use them for monthly bloodwork for my son. They’ve collected blood 5 separate times for us. Of the 5 times we used them, 3 labs were lost, and 1 report was sent to the wrong doctor. They offered NO help in locating lost labs and tell you the customer to figure it out!
