Brandon was here to service our AC unit, we were totally impressed with him, and the thorough way he serviced the unit.. he explained what he was doing. I was undecided as to whether you allow you to service us, it seems like the companies we use are sold out to someone every few years.. we are happy that we used you and will certainly use you in the future… and will request Brandon to be our technician
Our service agent was Brandon, we cannot say enough! He is the best, was very thorough, took us through step by step as what he was taking care of. He took his time to explain everything! So polite and respectful made us feel very comfortable as to what needed to be done! This was our first time using Brandon and Comfort Peeps, and we are very happy and will continue with them. And definitely ask for Brandon!

I am so happy with the service I received. I called two other companies who either couldn't find the correct part or never showed up. Not only did my technician show up on time, but he was completely courteous, super friendly and quite obviously knowledgeable. He had my heat up and running within moments, and tested my AC too before leaving, and all is well. The pricing I received was was not expensive. Comfort Peeps provided service at my house. Brandon was fantastic and felt that one of his most important tasks was to educate me on my system - which I appreciate. Comfort Peeps was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel as if other clients were more important. Brandon identified numerous issues and is working with me to put a plan in place.
