I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Peeps Air Conditioning. They responded to my home on very short notice and quickly diagnosed and repaired not one, but two air conditioning systems as well as my pool heater. Their knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and technical skills far exceeded my expectations. The Comfort Peeps are our peeps! They were able to come out as soon as we needed them and then Brandon our tech was polite, transparent, and not at all pushy to up grade or replace, in fact he was able to fix the unit rather than replace the whole thing (which he had been told would be the case by another company.) We felt very safe with him in our home. Brandon and The Comfort Peeps went above and beyond and we are so glad we found them.
The company has always been responsive in a timely manner. The service technician today, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked at great length to diagnose the problem with the unit. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.
