I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I would definitely give them more than five stars if it were possible. Brandon was here to service our AC unit, we were totally impressed with him, and the thorough way he serviced the unit.. he explained what he was doing. I was undecided as to whether you allow you to service us, it seems like the companies we use are sold out to someone every few years.. we are happy that we used you and will certainly use you in the future… and will request Brandon to be our technician
The Comfort Peeps are our peeps! They were able to come out as soon as we needed them and then Brandon our tech was polite, transparent, and not at all pushy to up grade or replace, in fact he was able to fix the unit rather than replace the whole thing (which he had been told would be the case by another company.) We felt very safe with him in our home. Brandon and The Comfort Peeps went above and beyond and we are so glad we found them.
The company has always been responsive in a timely manner. The service technician today, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked at great length to diagnose the problem with the unit. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.
