Recently I purchased a 14 inch queen size mattress from (Comfort Night) this model named (Elena) based on their saying this mattress is one of their best model with layer of Gel and Latex. I requested the mattress to be a bit firmer than the too plushy model they showed me on the floor. However, when the mattress delivered to us, it was far too hard and firm, making it absolutely uncomfortable and useless for us.
