Very friendly and professional
They failed to register a new unit they installed for me which cost me 5 years of warranty. I did not realize this until the unit went out and i needed service work done. They came to look at the unit 1 time and told me it needed a Thermal Expansion Valve, and they would need to get a quote for it and they would call me the next Monday with an update. Over the weekend I had another company come look at it and they told me it was the blower fan and there was no way the Thermal Expansion Valve could have been diagnosed without... read more
