Been using Comfort Level for years now - on the coldest day this year my heating unit konked out - Comfort Level came and installed a new unit the next day - the amazing thing is that there was no hard sell and the job was done professionally AND at a reasonable price - definitely folks you can trust (on top being nice people) - if you’re a homeowner in the NW burbs - make them the first call.
I recommend Joe who runs Comfort Level because he is knowledgeable, experienced and resourceful.

Joe from Comfort Level provided service for our furnace the night before and the morning after Thanksgiving. He diagnosed our problem Wednesday night, but could not get a replacement circuit board until Friday morning due to the holiday. At 7:45 Friday morning, he had acquired the part and was at our house to complete the job within one hour. Now we have heat! Joe is responsive, reliable and explains issues and options, and I recommend this company.
