We are using this agency for a lot of reasons. Michael has always been very polite kind snd extremely knowledgeable either us. Whenever we had any questions he would answer them for us. Today he has been very instrumental in helping me come up with a care plan for our family to help us with my mother. We have been taking care at home for quite some time. We had great service with them until late summer when there office changed hands. They won't even return phone calls and give me the run around. Can not do a simple task of printing out receipts for a patient who has dementia.
