We had great service with them until late summer when there office changed hands. They won't even return phone calls and give me the run around. Can not do a simple task of printing out receipts for a patient who has dementia.

Had the absolute pleasure of speaking to the staff there, and may i say they are TOP tier individuals. They were extremely patient and were very thorough with all my questions and concerns. The process of setting up care for my mom was a breeze. When it comes to the caregiver that they staffed for my mom WOW. The knowledge she has and how she redirects my mom is impressive!
I worked for Comfort Keepers in 2021 and I had an excellent experience as a caregiver. Everyone in management were a pleasure to work with, very helpful and always around if I had a question or needed advice. They worked around my schedule and made me feel very comfortable over all.
