Unfathomable disgrace. They should call it Discomfort Incompetence. We had an insurance order and waited a week for Shawn to come to our home. He stands and starts twisting back and forth upsetting both me and my injured family member. My husband had a really good caregiver until about two weeks ago, and then suddenly they took her from him and reassigned her elsewhere. She missed a few days because she and her young son both had the flu. But we understood that. Since she’s been gone, we’ve gotten a different caregiver every day, which means trying to explain the routine to a different caregiver every single morning. The BEST place I have ever worked by far! Professional, friendly, and always putting their employee's 1st. Helping veterans and seniors in the community and providing some of the best care I have seen. I would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Keepers if I had a loved one in need. 5 Stars!
The worst home healthcare agency I have ever used. They never do what they say. They’re gonna do. I would stay far far away from them. They hardly ever return phone calls many times I’ve had doctors appointments and nobody shows up to drive me to the doctor. Jennifer Is the office manager?
