My husband had a really good caregiver until about two weeks ago, and then suddenly they took her from him and reassigned her elsewhere. The BEST place I have ever worked by far! Professional, friendly, and always putting their employee's 1st. Helping veterans and seniors in the community and providing some of the best care I have seen. I would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Keepers if I had a loved one in need. 5 Stars!
The worst home healthcare agency I have ever used. They never do what they say. They’re gonna do. I would stay far far away from them. They hardly ever return phone calls many times I’ve had doctors appointments and nobody shows up to drive me to the doctor. Jennifer Is the office manager? Sarah was a caring, attentive companion for Mr. James! She went above and beyond every day to ensure he was happy. She quickly formed a respectful and loving relationship with him. We were very happy with her and the other care givers sent by Comfort Keepers, too.
