I used Comfort Keepers to help care for my husband. They were with us for 2 years. His caregiver, Nissa, was such a blessing to us. She took the time to truly get to know my husband and cared for him in a way that gave him his humanity back. And at the same time, she became a part of our family- she fully embraced all of us. And she is still a big part of my life. I couldn’t have done it without her.
You are asking for a review for a service we received over a year ago??? Amazing. I should rate it 1 star just for that! The care my mother received was adequate for the few months we had it. Unfortunately, the care givers seemed to change monthly if not more often, which made it difficult for my mother to adjust every time they changed. I did not appreciate hoe a couple of them took a smoking break every 30 minutes. at least they stepped outside to do so.
I don’t have a problem with them but my grandma sure does! After calling them several times they never send the same person so my mom has to show someone new something every time!!
I would recommend Comfort Keepers if you need assistance for your loved ones.In 2021, I needed a sitter a few hrs. a week to help my Mom who was 91 at the time but used a walker. They sent the most caring, helpful sitters to care for Mom( God rest her soul,I miss her so much every day) while I ran errands. They made sure she took her meds., heated up food I had prepared,and assisted her with whatever she needed. They drove quite a ways to get to us out in the countryside.
