Most of the caregivers are great they don't value them at all and they don't check in with the clients as they should. There is a lot of discrimination in the office about who they choose to keep as clients and who they drop with no official notice or reason. The personnel over the government issues is not a people person and she does not know how to talk to clients and employees.
I have worked with Comfort Keepers for 2 months now. I LOVE my job and the office staff have been very nice and they 100% work with your schedule. I am very blessed to be an employee of such an awesome employer. I have amazing clients and couldn't ask for any better clients!
Comfort Keepers has been an great experience for me as a caregiver. I've been an employee over 7 years and each year has been a better one. They know how to value their employees. They offer employee benefits that are worth having. Communication is good and they are very flexible with hours as they understand family needs and personal time. They love thier clients and the service they provide is something to be proud of.
