Called & set an appt to transfer services to this office & Wordeen was supposed to come meet my mom to match the right provider, set appt for 11am no show. Wordeen called at 11:45am (the day of the appt) to confirm if I would make the appt & she said she has had cancellations so she wanted to confirm after the appt time & I advised, if you thought I would cancel, then shouldn’t you have called me before the appt time to confirm.
