I have had nothing but an excellent experience from Katie and her staff! I would highly recommend this company! My Father is in excellent hands and I am so relieved to have found Comfort Keepers.
If I could give less then a 1 star I would, this company was a disaster in every way for out loved ones and I don't know anyone who had them that is happy with them either so I have to wonder about their reviews which are probably fake. We had 4 of their staff come a few years ago and all were useless that we sent them away. They were always late and non could make conversations or do any work. Don't waste your time!
Can't express how much Comfort Keepers stepped up when I needed them. Short notices, last minute changes, care required... etc. Katie and her staff allowed my elder parents to stay in their own home longer than we expected and then when the unexpected happened they understood the situation. Total respect for my parents wishes along with allowing family input on planning needs.
