Comfort Keepers has been such a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly and have gone above and beyond to ensure my father is taken care of at all times. They cook the meals he prefers and help keep the house clean and ensure they are always attentive to his needs. I would highly recommend them.
Comfort Keepers has been amazing. I reached out via my company's adult care service to source an agency to help me at home recuperating from a total knee replacement. Comfort Keeper sent a CNA/surgical tech! She was amazing. Without this service I don't know how I would have been able to focus on my recovery. My family was frustrated helping me after 4 hours being home from surgery...they never would have made it 4 weeks. I have been associated with Comfort Keepers of Charlotte in several capacities. I am always impressed by the compassion our aides show. When a family calls and wants to thank the aides who helped with the “end of life care,” it shows how much a Comfort Keeper steps up their compassion level.
