Management and staff have been fast and accurate in their responses to my requests. I have been very happy with the service and care they have provided. They adjust as quickly as the situation changes. If you ask for something, you will get it. We started care when a family member was coming out of hospital/rehab. This office has been incredibly responsive to every need/request, very professional, and clear in all communications so my father and I know exactly what/who to expect and when. Administratively, Comfort Keepers is very easy to work with and quickly responds to our needs. As for care, they provide just what my mom needs - shout out to Tamara!
The office and scheduling staff are very friendlty and responsive. The caregivers that were assigned for the care of my husband have been very knowledgeable and professional in addition to being caring and helpful.
