We had Comfort Keepers in our home to help with our great aunt who needed 24 hr. care. The caregivers they sent were very tentative to her every needs. They helped our grandmother out to give her a break, the caregivers were very respectful, kind and loving to our great aunt, our family had no worries with the caregivers they sent when we left them alone. The caregivers did everything that was expecting of them and more to make life a little easier.
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME OR THE HOME OF THOSE YOU LOVE. The woman who Comfort Keepers brought into my grandparents home to CARE for them ended up conning them and stealing their jewelry. When Comfort Keepers were made aware of the situation they did NOTHING. They fired the lady but that’s it. No compensation. No reimbursement. Nothing.
