I am glad that so many people had great experiences which is what I was told and hoped for for my mom who just moved into my home from ny. Unfortunately, our experience was not the same mostly because of staffing issues. Rob was personable,friendly and very informative in the beginning, maintained communication as best he could and tried to explain what he understood at the time which had to be clarified a few times to us down the line. Our family is so very thankful for Comfort Keepers. My mother in law feels loved and cared for, for the first time in a long time. They are reliable and get her to all of her appointments on time, run her errands with her, and take care of all her in home needs. All of the caregivers have been exceptional, but Gerell goes above and beyond every single day. She is kind and compassionate, and does an amazing job around the house. We could not be more grateful for her.
