Rude and unhelpful when asked a simple payroll question I called this Comfort Keepers location just to ask a basic question about W-2s because my own office was not answering or returning my calls. Instead of being helpful, the person I spoke with was passive-aggressive and dismissive, repeatedly saying “every Comfort Keepers is different” and refusing to provide even general information about whether W-2s had been sent out or if email was an option. Deep appreciation and thanks to Sam (at Comfort Keepers). My mother had a fall and the first day in the hospital after surgery I realized that it was a long road to recovery and we would need all kinds help in the future. Comfort Keepers is the best! They worked with us until we found someone who loved our mom. When she can't make it, another wonderful lady comes over. Two very different personalities but with one goal...to take the best care of mom! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for the best care for their loved one.
