Sadly, this company has failed at every corner. Person in charge of doing scheduling added six hours to the schedule after repeatedly told wasn’t needed They’re very first day Their aid was a No-show and call them to say they couldn’t make it after they were 15 minutes late which clearly means they were lazy and wanted to just stay home as you knew 15 minutes before at the bare minimum you weren’t gonna make your shift Their second caregiver was a no call no-show wouldn’t even answer the phone to them.
