I don’t know where we would have been without Comfort Keepers. I will forever be grateful for all of the help and compassion they showed my father and myself as the caregiver. We started to deal with Sharon at the hospital where we were honestly being a little bullied. She stood up for us and I felt like someone was on my side and was going to help me. Excellent help
Do not use comfort keepers. The workers are lazy.They need to be told exactly what to do or they do nothing. They do not maintain any proper health hygiene No shoe covers, gloves or masks. They dont wash after toileting the client.They fed my mom and put dirty dishes in the clean dish rack. They left her meal trash and their own meal trash on the table. At the shift change they left my mother unattended. Once they were scheduled and did not show but still charged me. On five occasions the Supervisor said she would call us an... read more
The staff was awesome at Comfort Keepers of Springfield. They found excellent caregivers for my dad. The relations between my dad and the caregivers was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and let me know who to reach out to for the programs that will help with the caregiving services that dad needed. I would give comfort keepers 20 stars for excellence.
COMFORT KEEPERS has been an absolute GOD send. The staff that provide services are caring, efficient and reliable. I feel comfortable going out when I know they are caring for my Spouse. The office staff and schedulers take their work seriously and always go the extra mile. I've dealt with lots of agencies through my 53 years in the social service field, COMFORT KEEPERS is by far the best I've ever dealt with. The Springfield/Delaware County Field Office is absolutely AWESOME.
