Marie was here for the past month substituting for my husband's regular aide, who was away. Marie was excellent and delightful.
The service was reliable and professional. They always showed up on time and were open to whatever needed to be done. Very friendly.
We have my grandfather visiting with us and brought in Comfort Keepers to help us out on the weekends. We have used similar services in Erie as well and have found them to be very helpful. However, this company has been the worst. The caregiver they sent did not want to do any light housekeeping or dishes. Just wanted to sit on her phone while my grandpa sleeps. Even worse she walked off her shift 3 hours early.
