RecommendedI have worked for Comfort Keepers for a year and a half now and it's the best thing I've ever done! The clients are treated like family and the caregivers are treated like family...just a wonderful experience all the way around!
The office staff rarely answers the phone, which is frustrating when you are trying to get ahold of supervisor to get answers for a client. Inconsistent training, favoritism, and they make promises to new hires that they don’t keep. They DO NOT provide health ins, dental and vision insurance, but they advertise on employment sites that they do. The clients were wonderful to work with, it’s the schedulers and office staff that run good caregivers off.

We call to plan for someone to sit with my father days before hand and we constantly get no shows. When we call and ask if anyone is coming they give us excuses like “we must have missed your message”. The thing is we didn’t even leave a message, we talked and scheduled with a worker. It’s happened on multiple occasions. I would recommend using a different company.

I had died and threw out my struggle to get myself back they have really helped me cook clean wash my stuff take me to places and so much more.
