Worst place to work no communication they schedule you then take you off they don’t notify you of any changes they have a lack of respect clients get upset cause they always have new caregivers then we employees have to deal with that not the staff you call bout a issue they are so quick to cut the conversation and end the call always chant he schedule not telling or asking if it’s ok
My Son Elijah is a client of comfort keepers and I would like to take the time to rave about how professional this company is and how they help my Son with his daily everyday needs. The supervisor always helps when I need help with his care plan . They treat my son like family.
Horrible service, no communication, incompetent CNA’s , high turnover - never have the same care taker and they are on Lu ious to instructions . The scheduler doesn’t do her job and drops the ball constantly. Don’t waste your time as they waste yours
Comfort keepers has went above and beyond to help me and my family! They really do everything they can to help and I appreciate everyone of my caregivers that help me. Very reliable, and very kind people. 10/10
