I am a care giver for my wife. I started working with Comfort Keepers near the end of July, 2025 after a not so pleasant experience with another company. Worst place to work no communication they schedule you then take you off they don’t notify you of any changes they have a lack of respect clients get upset cause they always have new caregivers then we employees have to deal with that not the staff you call bout a issue they are so quick to cut the conversation and end the call always chant he schedule not telling or asking if it’s ok
My Son Elijah is a client of comfort keepers and I would like to take the time to rave about how professional this company is and how they help my Son with his daily everyday needs. The supervisor always helps when I need help with his care plan . They treat my son like family.
Horrible service, no communication, incompetent CNA’s , high turnover - never have the same care taker and they are on Lu ious to instructions . The scheduler doesn’t do her job and drops the ball constantly. Don’t waste your time as they waste yours
