because they don't give people a chance, I've been a certified nursing assistant for 21 yrs plus, and caregiver all my life, I've love working with elderly or people that needs my help, or just wants some body to talk, and they did not give me a chance
Recommendedas a caregiver, for this company I have found that is very easy to become friends with your clients. I've watched a lot of companies say that they have the backs of their caregivers, and the love for their clients, but I can honestly say that this company truly does it does both!
We used comfort keepers when my Dad got sick and they were a God send! Very professional reasonably priced and always on time. I truly felt they genuinely cared about my Dads well being. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for homecare.
I would have given them a top rating for the care my father got when he was at home......however I would have given them a POOR rating for the care my husband DIDN'T get when he was at home on hospice. We had to SHOW the caretaker how to do basic care for my husband. She did not know "sterile technique" at all. We allowed her to begin and show/tell us what she was doing and going to do. Gina and her "gang" were so helpful in caring for Mom. Without them we couldn't have done it! Our family loves them all.
