She helped me with everything I needed by way of referral numbers & facility; she reached out to the provider to let them know in advance of my situation. I was referred to Comfort Keepers a few months back after my Mother-In-Law suffered a brain injury. From the very first visit the caretakers have been extremely caring and professional. The regular caregivers (Melissa & Kimberly) are very supportive, kind and really go out of their way to provide excellent care and assistance for my Mother-In-Law and her needs. If you are in need of caregiving services, I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
Comfort Keepers always send great quality caregivers and the caregivers work great with my brother. The office staff is always very responsive and work great in coordinating care for my brother. My brother caregiver Gwen is great and very observant in my brother changing conditions. Overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone in need of caregiver services.
