So glad I quit working here! Found advanced HVAC training and knowledge elsewhere. Gravitated toward known HVAC service standards and local union representation within the trade at a different shop. Never again experienced the highest level of being back-stabbed, sacrificed alot of personal time and family moments within the 5 years working here to realize later, it was all for nothing.

One of my best decisions ever was to resign from this place and move toward a better working environment. Joined a local HVAC service union and never looked back since. Enjoy now being at a shop under an organized leadership team. Night and day comparison after leaving from this non-union company. Currently, obtaining endless training and knowledge that was previously unreachable. Able now to work alongside highly-skilled HVAC Journeymen within the Union membership.
