Our beach condo sat empty 8 months a year and smelled musty when we opened it. Mold concerns. Fantastic job. My son suffers from severe allergies and asthma, and our doctor recommended getting the air ducts cleaned. The difference is night and day. The technicians were certified, experienced, and clearly cared about air quality. They explained how mold and dust accumulate and what they were doing to fix it. I was honestly shocked at how much dirt was hiding in our ceiling vents until I saw the photos. Richard arrived on time for our air duct cleaning and was very respectful of our furniture. He used protective covers for everything and showed me a thick layer of grey dust inside the main trunk. He spent several hours vacuuming and sanitizing every single register in the entire house.
