I hate to write a bad review. I just don't think that the people know how to run a hotel. Breakfast was good, and the room was relatively clean. What was very bothersome was being checked out of the room daily, after reserving the room for 3 days. It was tough to get towels, and several rooms had drainage problems. I only know this because we had family staying in the room across from us and hearing about it from other people staying there. There were times nobody was at the front desk.
Great location plenty of options for foods and it's close to the highway but other than that hotel was not great. I got locked out of my room. I had to wait almost 2 hours for them. Come by and unlock the door cause nobody was at the front desk.
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY GIVE THIS PLACE A ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BUT GOOGLE TOLD ME TO BE NICE AND PUT 1!!!! If you were to ask me a few years ago about my stay here. I would have said it was the most amazing and friendliest places ever and I would recommend everyone to come here and to return if possible. Today is 8/30/2025 around 630am I had my bf walk into the hotel and he waited 20 mins and no one was around. I walked in and didnt see anyone I asked a guest if anyone was working there. Came here to say because I was going to a concert I drove 3hrs to check into hotel that had roaches 🪳 on the bed and walls ! When I went to front desk he gave me attitude like it bothered him I was complaining about the roaches! When I asked him for a refund that I refuse to stay he told me to wait on side then said I needed to wait for a manager and then changed story that I needed to get my money back through booking.com.
