10/22/25 checked in anticipating a nice shower and rest. Turn on shower, NO HOT WATER! Go to the front desk “ the manager will be back in an hour he’s only one who can fix” How is it even possible this place is operating. In the business of hospitality? Do better.
Upon entering, the comforter was wet, spilled a little water on floor, mopped up with paper towel, which turned black, no hot water, fire alarm at 3am,went down at 0640 for tea, one tea bag, don't stay here, we will be contacting choice.
This place is absolutely disgusting, let’s start by the massive urine stains in the bed, the feces on the mirror, the roaches in the bathroom, 99% sure there is bed bugs, not to mention the staff refused my refund after I showed them multiple pictures of the room. Do not come here ever!
This place is absolutely awful, refused to refund after putting us in the most horrible room ever, smells like cigarettes, big pee stain on the bed, 99% positive it has bed bugs, roaches in bathroom, carpets are trashed, and it stinks like a dumpster. I will never ever stay at a comfort inn. This place needs to be condemned, Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable... I would have done 0 stars all together but it made me put a star down.
First room TV or phone didn't work... second room, mouse droppings all over sheets & unmentionable hair in bathroom
