Went to go to my room and my key didn't work, there was no one at the front desk to help. I had to stay with a friend and today I'm supposed to check out and still no one is answering. Hoping to get my things before I fly out today but no guarantee. Who runs a business like this?? Just terrible!!!!
Disgusting
We were supposed to stay there this weekend for a hockey tournament and the room was absolutely disgusting. There were roaches and stains on sheets and walls!! The front door lock was also corroded. We had 18 rooms reserved and nearly everyone had issues with their rooms so we all quickly canceled and rebooked at another hotel. They have a serious problem there! Please save yourself the trouble and do not stay there.
One working elevator(6+months) No shampoo, soap Mold and/or mildew in the bathroom I hate leaving bad reviews, but this isn't a one off
There were multiple things about the room during my last stay that i didn't like. It's a shame that nobody cared.
