Came here to say because I was going to a concert I drove 3hrs to check into hotel that had roaches 🪳 on the bed and walls ! When I went to front desk he gave me attitude like it bothered him I was complaining about the roaches! When I asked him for a refund that I refuse to stay he told me to wait on side then said I needed to wait for a manager and then changed story that I needed to get my money back through booking.com. This place is run down.
Booked room through Comfort Inn's website. A bit of a wait to check in as there were multiple people before us who either didn't get the room they booked through a third party booking website, but that's to be expected. Two staff behind the counter, both were friendly. The one "working" elevator was NASTY. Not the kind of nasty you get through regular use in between cleanings, this was NEGLECT nasty.
