I have stayed here a few times. The rooms have been clean and it was in a great spot for events I attended.
We checked in at the front desk and our room had shit on the bathroom wall. I then went back to the front desk and they changed our room. We were consumed with an awful smell of mold and chemical when entering the new room. We asked to change again and were told that they were fully booked. A refund was denied and we were told there was no one to help. The front desk clerk Shay said she was the only person there and housekeeping staff would not be there till 9am the next morning.
