I was an hour and half away . It was 11am eastern and I receive a call stating my card declined. I don't put a chargeable card on my profile because it has been used before but I digress. I received a very rude phone call and the woman on the phone stated my reservation would be cancelled by noon if not given another card. Now understand I made two reservations one for Hilton and one for this choice hotel and because of the awful customer service I didn't even want to give her my card and I received an email by 12:00 Easter ... read more
Manager not available, sent the supervisor. I kindly asked to speak with the supervisor, no comments.
The rooms and facility were very clean and well kept up! The employees were extremely sweet and accommodating! The rooms had plenty of outlets to charge devices and the bed was comfortable!
