Comfortable beds! Clean room! Great price! Love love love it
Rooms were clean, & comfy! Staff was friendly! Breakfast was great! Only 3 things we really didnt enjoy about our experience.... 1. I didn't give it 5 stars because when we arrived the front door is facing a portion of the parking lot that is a dead end so it's very hard to turn around to park. We ended up just backing up. 2. When we were about to head up the elevator we encountered a man checking in with two ladies that were practically naked.. more then likely accompanying him for inappropriate purposes. Robbie at the front desk was excellent and the breakfast attendants were exceptional as well. My concern was the cleanliness of the rooms. My prior stay was nothing like this recent stay. Numerous long strands of hair on bathroom floor in one room along with the toilet having a ring of black particles with a ring around the inside of the toilet bowl that was a parent. The toilet had not been cleaned. Found out a relative had to be moved out of their room to another room due to cleanliness issues and maintenance as well. Anot... read more
