Coming from out of state to send my grandmother off with her wings, four days in the room and not once did they come make our beds. Not once did they come change our towels. So we had to go get extra for ourselves. It’s unsanitary. Towels start to stink and fill the rooms with a smell that has nothing to do with our own doing. Never changed the trash. That’s a job that the staff should be on top of. But u get what u pay for. Horrible hotel. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and paid for my room in full through Booking.com. When I arrived, I provided my ID as requested, which is standard practice at most hotels. Employee stated that I could provide the debit card I paid for the room with for a security deposit, shortly after I was informed that I needed a debit or credit card to check in.
