I have several pictures of how dusty and questionable the rooms are and will try to add to this review.Damage that hasn't been fix. Had to be moved rooms because of it not being cleaned properly and sheets having hair all over them. For the other room to be the same and smaller for the same amount. Pool closed and yes they did end up opening for us but there was food and hair everywhere and a few questionable issues. Gym closed. remote volume didt work in room. Stains all over curtains. The Hotel is in a great location, the overall place is clean, quiet and safe. Our room was clean, the linens fresh and comfy. I slept like a baby and wished I had the same kind of pillows at home . The service was great, the few issues were that our assigned room was not ready at the time we arrived, and it was 3 hours pass the check in time. Well I will say a couple of things. Rebuild this place or gut it out and renovate. Also where is your hotel staff at? Past midnight and there is someone here playing extremely loud music. The police are about to be called.
I wish I could give it a 4 and a half. 4.75 just close to that 5 star. Staff is super friendly both night crew and morning. The breakfast is fresh. Fresh eggs!!! Simple but effective!
We stayed at this hotel after a long day of driving on a Sunday evening. Didn't spend a long time selecting it, because we were tired. Unintentionally booked a handicap accessible room, which was very large. The property was a bit dated and the room was dingy with soft mattresses. It had NOT been cleaned well and there was a dusting sugar and creamer on the top of the small fridge and kitchen area that I did not notice until the next morning.
