Very clean and very courteous. However the elevator is kind of scary ... but it worked....... SLOWLY
AmazingStay loved the staff very, very clean room smelled great.That's rare in a hotel anywhere and very clean food was amazing.Overly stocked, hot, very fresh, amazing staff.Amazing guest service definitely will be back
This room doesn't have any heat or air control. Seems to be broken. It got stuffy so I open the window but it then got cold and became uncomfortable. Other then staying in a cold uncomfortable room. I think it looks nice.
We were staying for a baseball tournament. Hotel room was dusty and carpet was pretty soiled. The hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing (the team didn’t care) but I’m sure someone else would not appreciate it. On our second day we started noticing bites on our bodies indicative of bed bugs. We notified staff, but the hotel was full. We abandoned our stay and left early because of the bug bites. I was ," placed" here after an incident involving domestic violence. To say that this property is amazing would be an understatement, to say that they staff was kind and attentive, would do little to underscore the many ways they they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe and had a place to really start the arderous process of recovery. Breakfast is amazing and served at six thirty each day . The suites are large , well appointed and BEYOND clean . I recommend this place highly.
