Our hotel recently underwent an extensive renovation, with many attractive and practical improvements. We are located on Shallowford Village Drive just off I-75 exit 5. The Comfort Inn & Suites(R) in Chattanooga, TN is a 100% nonsmoking hotel just a short walk from Chattanooga's largest shopping venue, the Hamilton Place Mall. Decent hotel on it trip home from vacation. The events in the parking lot were a little odd, however all in all it was a good stay.
Absolute worst service ever received at a hotel. Check in was absolutely horrible, I’ve never experienced racism like this in my life. The front desk clerk, JETT, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She made it her business to make us feel unwelcome our entire stay. She refused to answer any questions regarding our room and bill. She raised her voice at me twice as if I wasn’t a paying customer. She should not be a front desk clerk if she’s that racist and can’t stand the sight of black people. Room was nasty. Found a bed bug under the mattress, bathroom had hair in many of the surfaces, and a very suspicious stain in the bathtub. Didn’t even stay 20 total mins. Read the reviews after the fact.
Everytime I visit Chattanooga Tennessee I pick this hotel. This time serves where not as pleasant. Hotel did nothing about the double parking 😒,. Each night this what is was.
