Rudest...I do mean extremely RUDE desk clerk. I will never stay in this hotel chain again. We travel all the time. This was the WORST we have ever been treated. Go some place else!!

This was a good hotel, except that I stayed here once going east and the room was 210$, less than two weeks later the room was 330$! IS this price gouging? I don't know how the hotel can get away with it. Otherwise, the location is good and the room was fine. the underground parking is nice too.

Big surprise that they had me booking two rooms rather than one but this was possibly my fault using a credit card travel booking agency. Second big surprise is that the two well-behaved dogs (a blue heeler and a point sized Teddy Bear dog) cost us $30 each for the evening plus another $10 resort fee. Questioning their ,"pet friendly"policy, the desk clerk stated it is posted on their website. The website says "pet friendly -charges may apply'. Overall are stay was fine especially the help we received from the computer guys there who really help us with our needs to connect to the internet. However when I signed in I think I said that just do the whole thing. My 82 year old wife & I did Glennwood Canyon on our tandem bike with a 400 ft overall climb. I got back to the hotel expecting a clean room & fresh towels. I ask in Spanish the nice cleaning lady on our floor when our room was going to be clean, she told me I had to talk to the receptionist.
