Very polite and helpful people.
There was multiple dirty towels in our room when we checked in, the bathroom sink drained slowly if at all, and we asked for a third towel since it was a room for three, and not only were we treated rudely for asking, but never got the third towel. Why run a hospitality business if you are going to treat guests like an inconvenience?
We asked for the room to be serviced, and did not get it. The breakfast was sub-par; chalky eggs, very salty sausage, apples were ALL squishy and some were rotten. No other fruit offered. We had to fix the bathroom sink upon arrival. We had to fix the portable air conditioner upon arrival.
