Wonderful simple gem of a hotel in Glenwood. Clean, big rooms, perfect size suites for larger groups.

Paid over $950 for 2 bedroom suite. AC didn't work (room was 79°), TV didnt work in one bedroom, there was no parking (had to park down the block), breakfast food was terrible. Stay away!

Ac was out in our room, initially front desk associate told us she could switch us rooms for a price difference then when I agreed to pay the difference she said she couldn’t switch the rooms. Refused to give me her name and hung up several times because I asked to speak to her manager. Update: after calling the 1800 customer service number “Lucy” the completely rude front desk person, was forced to get a maintenance man up to our room who replaced the ac unit. Customer service was great! However, the rooms were sad. It was evident the hotel was very old. The leverage of the bed is horrible. We had to put our heads at the foot of the bed. We kept our socks on because the carpet was sticky. Plaster work next to the shower looks like that of a preschooler. The AC/heating unit was extremely loud. We were not able to sleep.
