3.5/5 if that were a choice but bumping to 4 since it isn't. Arrived in Miami and stayed one night so I could go to Port Miami the next day. Location wise, it was convenient and easy to get to the cruise by car. Also within walking distance to restaurants. Service wise, I was up around 11pm and walked around looking for water. There was a water dispenser in the kitchen area on ground floor earlier so I went there, but they removed this at night. Nice hotel, nice room with a view of the Miami River. Party boats going by half the night, cool to watch for a minute, then annoying when it's time to sleep. Found out on arrival that there is no parking for the hotel, then found out trying to find parking is way more expensive than valet. Valet was smooth, no problems. I just didn't know beforehand, which could be on me for booking quickly and not reading. We were also charged a service fee and security deposit, so be prepared for that. Breakfast was good.
