This place is awesome.i fill at home service is great .Karla that does breakfast is awesome.tamra and Brittany was great place is clean service was great.
Room was very large as it was handicap accessible one but that was the only thing positive. To the owner and manager of this hotel: please take head of the 1, 2, & 3 star reviews, they are accurate and provide great clarity for what needs improvement. The comments about the attitude and discussion topics brought up by the front desk clerk were accurate while I completely commiserate with the person that checked us in 11/30/24, after two decades of Customer Service experience I found it very unprofessional to discuss problems... read more
Very disappointed with the service. Stay here for three nights and housekeeping did not clean the room, did not take out the trash, and provided no towels. I checked out four double rooms and two single rooms. And no service was provided??? Disappointed with the service. This location had nice reviews, but this has left a sour note. I did not get a weekly rate so I should not get weekly rate service.
Clean rooms cheerful staff and super helpful staff, Kristen is super accommodating and Britney goes above and beyong 5stars
