The carpet was saturated with water from the AC unit, the bath tub did not drain properly and it had black stuff coming up from the drain and out of the shower head. The carpet had lots of stains and the ceiling was failing apart. Will never go back, its cheap for a night but the building is cheaply made and cheaply taken care of. Plus in the elevator they placed tile on top of the carpet. To make it look like they did an upgrade, but it just looks bad. Very nice room and cleaned special the pool my grand baby's enjoyed to much.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked 2 nights and on my 2nd night around 10:45 last night they called my room and said they had a water leak since this morning and were having everybody leave. They had all day to inform me (and others) of this and never did, but they decided to wait until late last night to do so. Even when I walked into the lobby to go to my room, the front desk receptionist never said anything. Most incompetent staff and management and they could not care less. Honestly, the Comfort Inn was such a great find. It was incredibly comfortable and made my business trip so much more relaxing. You really need to check this place out!
We were traveling through and booked this place in a few hours prior to our arrival. Check-in was great. The employees were very friendly and the room was ok. Breakfast was good.
