-We had 4 keys for our one room, they had to be recoded 3 different times (took some work bc there’s not always someone in the lobby and no bell to call). We finally just gave up as we had one working key which was enough to get us in and out. -Moldy shower, toilet did not flush correctly so everyone had to spread out usage. Sink faucet was janky. -No wipes in the gym, even upon request. The place has a bed bugs issue and apparently has had for at least 4 months per prior review and photos. I did not see this until it was too late. I wasnt allowed to talk to a manager and no refund offered unless I wanted to wait 3 to 5 business days for it to go back into my bank. We were stuck due to being there for a tournament. Moved to another room on another floor but the 3rd floor rooms were still rented out. Manager wasnt called or an exterminator.

Found a bed bug first night there. Called the front desk and she stated that she's been there since November 2025, but yet there's a review from 4 months ago from someone else that found bed bugs. I wish I would've seen that before I reserved the room. They said they would refund my mom, but it would take 3-4 business days.
