One word - ROACHES I'm not talking about the adult roaches that may have snuck in through the front door but the smaller baby roaches indicating a breeding/ infestation issue. This hotel is filthy. Probably one of the more worse Comfort Suites which says a lot since they're all pretty mediocre at best. The rooms are completely outdated with worn and torn furniture, mold inside of the bathtub, cracks throughout the bathroom and room area, dirty carpet and just overall poorly maintained. They over charged me - refused to give me a receipt - then charged me again for nothing. I woul never give them access to a credit or debit card again. I had to get a new card so they couldn 't make any more charges. The parking lot had lots of trash. The manager is hostile. Says he will call to address my concerns and never did. Over charged and did not provide a receipt. I can't even get a company reimbursement without the receipt.
