*ADD ON* Don't try to contact the management to try to get any kind of help. If you email or call--even multiple times they will simply and entirely ignore you. They stone cold robbed me. Do not stay at Comfort Inn Suites. I'll be honest--I never made it to Denton because a big snow storm happened and I was unable to get beyond St. Louis. The Comfort Inn policy is ZERO REFUND after check in time so I lost out on nearly $400. The service team was unresponsive and unhelpful. For $88 and a clean, decent sized room, it’s pretty good. Comfy bed too. You can’t look at a room before purchasing and it seemed like they didn’t want to give the complimentary upgrade for diamond members but after a little persistence, I did indeed get it. The big city hotels are a little iffy with cleanliness and bugs so this comfort inn is a good one to stay in.
Very clean and friendly employees. The room was very nice and the bed was firm and comfortable. I would recommend that location to anyone that asked me where to go in that area.
