This hotel is terrible. Public restrooms been out since August last year. This dont make no sense. Place reeks of mold and mildew. How is this establishment still in service?
I really wanted this hotel to be a dependable budget option, especially since I travel through the Columbus area fairly often and try to keep my stays affordable. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t turn out the way I hoped. When I first walked into the room, the musty smell was immediately noticeable. I had no hot water to bathe or shower my last day of check out. Refrigerator froze all my contents. Manager Sharon pretty much told me to have a good day and leave. Their only saving grace is their beautiful lobby and breakfast bar. Rooms were ok and pretty clean for the most part. My family and I of about 20 travel here every other year to check on our property and this is where we stay.
