Stayed with our service dog after a long day of driving. Front desk charged us for a pet deposit of 100.00, which the American Disability's Act states no charges for a trained service dog. I had to call after I got home from our trip to demand they refund that charge, 5 days later and it still has not come off. I have called several times with no resolve, called the credit card co.so they will dispute it. These hotels should train their front desk employees of the law. Very Disappointed in this hotel
Poor customer service. Rooms were nice.
