Room was not cleaned, party balloon left in room window edge looked like someone spilled a soda and never cleaned it up beds weren't made
Rudest staff at any hotel that I have stayed at for 35 years! If you want to be talked to like you are a bother and walk away angry then this is your place!! There was no issues that were actual issues but with every interaction the staff (different ones every time) were ruder by the interaction. Check in was bad, room keys stopped working, worse, asked a question about checkout was the icing on the cake. Will never stay here again. Was the stain on my Chattanooga weekend for sure.
