The beds are terrible! The light in the bath room ceiling is falling out. Nothing about this place looks like the pictures they show!
Booked a suite only to be downgraded to a standard room as the suites are not pet friendly. Very obviously not well maintained as we found multiple pet marked spots not cleaned well. The whole room smelled of pet urine. Will not be back. Service was great otherwise.
front desk day person could care less about anything. acts like its an issue you are there to check in. ac did not work in room tv did not work, tub backs up and clock set to wrong time (thanks got up an hour early).
