Our big mistakes to book at this hotel. Too low pressure in washroom. Small beds not standard queen size on top of it worst customer service. Rude front staff backed by worst management. Save your $ and vacation days going this worst place.

Stayed here two nights and was going to put 3 stars, but after sleeping poorly both nights, reduced it to 2 stars. Both my husband and I thought the bed felt comfortable but that was not the case through the night! That along with a disgustingly dirty window (I noticed most others were clean) and very poor workmanship on the bathroom barn door that does not open all the way and has a 4 inch gap when closed (turn on that fan or all will be heard!), plus an AC that is incredibly loud (great if you like loud white noise when yo... read more

We were apprehensive at first as we thought there would be a pool and hot tub but were looking at a different hotel description after booking. There were no elevators, only stairs and a ramp on the 1st floor but the staff was very accommodating and found a room on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd floor which we had originally booked.
