Everything was great! The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a really nice stay!
Room was VERY clean and nice, breakfast was good and the pool was nice and clean but just in a random place.
Wirklich guter Standard.
Would give zero stars if I could after hearing how management deals with a multi-room booking. Staff and management have no idea how to handle large group bookings. A weekday night in Carleton Place with an empty hotel, and no idea how to place guests or treat them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Management was extremely unprofessional. Does not properly accommodate large multi-room bookings for large events (e.g., weddings). Poor room placement among unassociated guests causing unnecessary disputes. Management also poorly handles escalated situations. Do not recommend.
