What a delight to stay here. It is bright and cheery and extremely clean and well kept. We were greeted by Loren, who recognized that we participate in the Rewards Program and checked us in. Loren has exceptional customer service skills and is so very helpful and polite! Kudos to Loren! We look forward to our next stay at this location!
Hotel and services are fine, just be careful booking on line clicked on "non refundable rate" (not paying attention and least expensive) was charged to my credit card immediately for 14 days needed to modify to only 10 days within 24 hours...modified flight and car rental no problem but no refunds or credit as stated by Hotel Manager, so I hope Comfort Inn enjoyed my $600 tip.
