We need a larger set room and were told this was the largest that this hotel offered. We come to Ottawa a lot and found the staff very welcoming here at the Comfort Inn. The breakfast Chef was the best thing of our stay as he was handling the mass amounts of parents and kids that Inhailed the food. He alone was ensuring the food was always there and the drinks were full along with cleaning the whole area. Fridge stocked and good hot!!!!!

We so appreciate staying at the Comfort Inn every summer on the way to my parents cottage. Their accessible room, with adjoining room, offers everything we need for this family adventure. The whole staff is great - with a special shout out to Pranes who provided excellent customer service!
Very clean
Clean, bright room and common spaces. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.
