I stayed at this hotel in the Spring this year for 2 nights, while visiting Shenandoah National Park. Of the 3 different hotels I stayed at during this multi-state road trip, this hotel was by far my favorite! The room was clean and quiet, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There were 2 elevators at this hotel, and I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the elevator to arrive to the lobby. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. We arrived very late at night on one of the busiest weekends of the year in hopes of getting a room. Other hotels were charging out of this world rates but comfort inn was very reasonable. The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was beyond friendly and so helpful. He helped get us an amazing room and welcomed our dogs as well. We were in a very desperate situation and he did absolutely everything he could to help us. The breakfast was also delicious. Great place that covers the basics... staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, location is very convenient.

Connor at the front desk saved the day for me when I desperately needed a room and was arriving in a few minutes. He had everything ready for me at checkin and was so helpful. I will definitely stay there again!
