Arrived at 4:30, hotel was pretty empty. Got the two keys and hauled everything up to the 4th floor, keys wouldn't work. Back down to get new keys, back up with a different key for another room, plus originals. None worked. Waited almost 45 minutes to get into a room. First thing into the room, there's hair all over the bathroom floor. Turned the fridge up to get cold and left for dinner, came back and fridge didn't work.
