Very clean and professional staff. Will definitely stay here again.
I chose this particular hotel because it had the only indoor pool in town. It was my son's birthday weekend and he loves the water. He was very disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance for almost our entire stay. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. Our room was clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the food was good. I would have rated my stay higher, but my child was disappointed on his birthday trip. Mama Bear came out.
The room was nice but we picked this particular hotel because we were passing through and wanted a place to stay with a pool on our last night of vacation! The pool was absolutely disgusting! Green & had clumps of hair floating. When we told the front desk the response was it must be because it was cleaned....� NO WAY! Said the manager went home as well and did nothing else. We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed her. We loved our room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I actually had a great nights sleep. We will stay here again.
We stayed here on our way to the Biloxi area. It was very nice and clean and the woman who was cleaning up/stocking the breakfast was so so friendly! Would def recommend!!
I would like to say that, this was one of the best comfort Inn hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms where nice and clean. Brooke Scholl is the General Manager and I just want to say, keep up the hard work. It's really showing.
