You get someone from another country that you can't understand, when you cancel reservations they still charge you a fee... Made reservations, and then had a change in plans . Called back 20 minutes later to cancel, and they charged a fee to my card..... On top of that, I was given a bogus Phone number to call back for a cancelation..... Will NEVER stay at Comfort Inn again !!!!!!
Loved the tub and then went to the bed and the sheets were dirty and had to change them ourselves
It was a nice hotel, the lady that waited on my cousin and I was really nice and helpful.
We had a great stay. Was a clean environment and very friendly staff. Great job!
