I believe the management is really trying but this place needs some major updates. Outside and lobby look brand new but the rooms, Oh my goodness. They have plumbing issues with commode not flushing well or at all. We finally asked for our own plunger which they gladly provided. Last morning, commode flooded into main living area. I will preface this by saying my wife and I don't ask for much in a hotel room, just be clean with no bed bugs and a 1/2 decent mattress. Here goes..... My wife and I just checked in at the Country Inn & Suites in Lansing, Michigan at 10:30pm after driving 9 hours.
