I loved my stay the staff were very friendly especially the black guy he made sure me and my family got into our room safely he gave my kids treats help us with our luggage
Deadbolt didn't lock. Other guests had pets unleashed and not under control, one of the dogs jumped on my frightened senior dog who was on leash. Staff more interested in their text conversation than in my actual check in process. Also same staff member had no idea where dumpster was so I could dispose of my bagged pet waste since there were no exterior garbage cans on site. Very disappointed, will stay at a different location next time I am in area.
they wouldn't reimburse me for my food that was ruined in their fridge due to it not working I told them they said oh well the microwave didn't work
