Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct & Failure to Assist I called the front desk on January 4, 2026 at 2:38 PM PT to follow up on card charges related to our booking from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The employee who answered the call was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful.
