If you like bedbugs this is the hotel for you. Check your mattress for bedbugs immediately upon arrival if you’re going to stay here. We found bed bugs in our room and chose to leave rather then get assigned a new room. Rachel at the front desk was absolutely no help at all and shouldn’t be in customer service related roles.
