About what you'd expect from a budget hotel, except my bed was much more comfortable than I expect. Given that + quiet atmosphere (didn't hear neighbors or street noise), I'm rounding 3.5 up to 4 stars. Other positives: - Adjustable office chair - HVAC works well - Blackout shades worked nicely - Easy parking But definitely some room for improvement: - Breakfast area is super-crowded and also smells bad (like chlorine? bleach?). Typically do not stay at a comfort inn, took advantage of Delta airlines hotel booking and noticed the reviews were outstanding and the price was a great value. So I went ahead and booked it for two nights. We were in town for a wedding and my wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. The general manager Chet runs a great operation from the food service breakfast bar employee to the front desk to all the maids and even the facilities staff was outstanding. I've always had a great experience at this property, Nikki has and always been the best front desk agent at this property for YEARS! The day the Owner is here and I have a simple issue as small as the comforter blanket, it was a BALL of red long hair strands in my bed sheets, under the 3 blankets and it's on the sheet I have to lay on! Absolutely disgusting! Yet I have no issues with the solution to the problem. The manager stated he can no longer EXCHANGE sheets after my issue!
