The rooms looked clean, but there was some kind of stench—I couldn’t tell what it was—and my whole family, especially the kids, had sore throats as soon as we walked in, starting from the elevator. The flashlights were broken, the food was mediocre and cold, the towels didn’t seem washed, and the sheets smelled awful, which made us all feel itchy. Old hotel but there trying to make it look new. Had a parking lot $12 a night worth it.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst lodging experience I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unprofessional and unhelpful service. The front desk clerk was dismissive and stated that he could not understand our questions due to a lack of English proficiency.
