Old hotel but there trying to make it look new. Had a parking lot $12 a night worth it.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst lodging experience I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unprofessional and unhelpful service. The front desk clerk was dismissive and stated that he could not understand our questions due to a lack of English proficiency. Booked a room here accidently on hotels.com app. The reservation was for a room 3 weeks in advance. Went to the motel to cancel in person and was told the District Manager would be able to cancel the mistake. When I contacted the DM and she was completely unhelpful and did nothing even though the booking was weeks away.
